This is pretty simple for a programmer, but for others it may sound very complicated. To make it simple for you, there are plugins that will count the views for every post, then someone can look and see how many views had your articles and sum it up. This is done automatically with few lines of code. The count is stored somewhere in the database and it is very simple to get from the database the number of views and the owner of the article, then sum up all articles and show a result.

I know wordpress users are used to make most of things with one click, but unfortunately I'm not aware of the existence of a plugin to make all explained above. If the only way that you generate revenue is adsense and you want to pay to someone only the earnings amount generated by his articles you can make an adsense channel for every author on your blog, and then give him a share of his earned advertising money. Some affiliate networks also accept custom channels.

In short just imagine the sites on which we post content for the #of views. How they assign us separate dash board with all the details of our submitted work.I just want the same pattern. please reply me how i can make such kind of site.
